This analyzer, also known as an indoor gas analyzer, can be used in conjunction with a calibrator to measure the gas emitted by radioactive elements such as uranium and thorium samples. It can also be used to determine the concentration of trace radon gas in water samples and tunnels. The scintillation chamber consists of two organic glass hemispheres coated with ZnS (Ag) scintillators. Three scintillation chambers can be installed simultaneously on the disk, one of which is located at the upper end of the photomultiplier tube and is the scintillation chamber being tested, while the other two are in a dark state, waiting for measurement. The position of the scintillation chamber on the disk can be changed with the help of a handle. This allows for continuous replacement of scintillation chamber samples without stopping the machine until the measurement is completed
